I’m Vince Tornambe, a Certified Developmental Alphabioticist and the founder of Brain Reboot San Diego, at 13359 Poway Rd, Suite 123, in Poway.

Most of the stress we carry is the quiet kind. You stop noticing it, but your body doesn’t. It shows up as tight shoulders, a jaw that won’t let go, or tension that always lands on the same side. In Alphabiotics, we look at how stress keeps the body bracing.

The alignment is gentle and quick. You lie on your back, I check your leg length, hips, arms and neck before and after, and the movement itself takes under 15 seconds. Many people say it’s the first time in a while they remember what not bracing feels like.
